Scholle filling machines offer the following features: compact, efficient design; durable, corrosion-resistant construction; microprocessor-based controls; flow-meter or scale volume control; optional vacuum cycle pre-fill and optional inert-gas purge post-fill.

Producers can choose from an extensive product
range to suit their needs, from single-head, manually-operated filling machines to high-speed rotary equipment.

FORM-SEAL-FILL
F-S-F (Form-Seal-Fill) is a new technology that allows both manufacture and filling of bags for bag-in-box products on-site in one machine.

Developed by Flextainer, a division of Scholle Packaging, F-S-F for bag-in-box dramatically changes how bags are produced and supplied. Bags no longer need to be sourced from outside the filling site, significantly reducing transportation and storage costs.

Scholle SureFill™ 12 Fresh
The Scholle SureFill™ 12 Fresh is one of the most versatile machines in Scholle's family of fillers. The Scholle SureFill 12 enables the filling of various bag configurations with the widest range of fitments of any filler.

This single-head, in-line, fully-automatic, web-fed filler is ideal for large-volume production requirements. The high-speed filler utilizes a continuous web of bags fed from a box or tote bin, then uncaps, fills, recaps and separates the filled, capped bags automatically.

Constructed of non-corrosive material, all product contact surfaces are 316L stainless steel or White FDA Butyl. By design, the filler includes a splashguard around the entire feeding and filling sections, enhancing operator safety.
